Domestic Return PolicyUpdated a year ago

Should you need to return your Zero Halliburton purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return and have your items sent back to us.

Zero Halliburton accommodates free returns, for up to four (4) full-priced items from the same order within 30 days from the receipt of shipment excluding personalized or custom products. All items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging with all “hang tags” attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

To begin the return process, please complete and submit the Returns Form here to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Product returns will not be accepted without an RGA number.

Zero Halliburton will pay return shipping costs for up to four (4) full-priced items from the same order. Any return with more than four (4) items, will incur a $100 freight charge that will be deducted from your refund. Items on sale or purchased with a promotional code are subject to a restocking fee. A restocking fee of $15 will be applied to orders that are $75 or less. We will provide a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us. All items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging with all “hang tags” attached.

Refunds will be credited for the price paid for each item and any applicable sales tax. This credit will not include original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Zero Halliburton has received and processed your returned item. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Any Zero Halliburton product that has been engraved or customized is considered a final sale and cannot be returned. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

For Zero Halliburton products purchased at Zero Halliburton stores, authorized dealers or other retail websites, please contact the original place of purchase for return instructions.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
