Technical Case Lock InstructionsUpdated 2 years ago
Zero Halliburton cases feature several styles of TSA Approved Combination locks on luggage, wheeled business and attaché cases. The locks featured on the Zero Halliburton aluminum technical cases are not TSA compliant, unless otherwise noted.
Below are instructions on how to change the factory pre-set combinations to your unique 3-digit code.

The factory pre-set combination is 0-0-0.
To set the lock to your desired 3-digit code the steps to follow are below. (Refer to Images)
- Locate the lever on the back of the lock. (circled in yellow)
- Move the lever from yellow circle position on the picture above, to red circled position on the picture below. (move the lever to the right, then up)
- Set the combo dials to your 3-digit code (“700” on the picture below).
- Return the lever back to yellow circled position, making sure the newly set dials do not move out of place. (move the lever bottom, then left)
This completes the re-setting of the lock to your personalized 3-digit code.
(It is recommended that you write down and save your combination. If the case is locked and the combination is forgotten, a locksmith will be required to open the case.)
