Shipping Policy

<p><span style="font-family: Inter;">Should you need to return your Zero Halliburton purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return and have your items sent back to us.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Inter;">Zero Halliburton accommodates free returns, for up to four (4) full-priced items from the same order within 30 days from the receipt of shipment excluding personalized or custom products. All items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging with all &#x201C;hang tags&#x201D; attached.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Inter;">Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Inter;">To begin the return process, <a class="fr-strong fr-green" href="https://zerohalliburton.com/pages/return-form" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="color:#ff0000;" target="_blank">please complete and submit the Returns Form here</a> to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Product returns will not be accepted without an RGA number.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Inter;">Zero Halliburton will pay return shipping costs for up to four (4) full-priced items from the same order. Any return with more than four (4) items, will incur a $100 freight charge that will be deducted from your refund. Items on sale or purchased with a promotional code are subject to a restocking fee. A restocking fee of $15 will be applied to orders that are $75 or less. We will provide a pre-paid UPS label to return the items to us. All items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging with all &#x201C;hang tags&#x201D; attached.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Inter;">Refunds will be credited for the price paid for each item and any applicable sales tax. This credit will not include original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Zero Halliburton has received and processed your returned item. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Inter;">Any Zero Halliburton product that has been engraved or customized is considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
