Most products are covered by the &#x201C;Zero Halliburton Five (5) Year Limited Warranty Plan&#x201D; (&#x201C;the 5 Year Limited Warranty&#x201D;). The 5 Year Limited Warranty applies to Zero Halliburton travel, business, or casual bags, regardless of the material composition, and is only valid on such Zero Halliburton products purchased from authorized Zero Halliburton dealers, Zero Halliburton retail stores, outlet locations or the Zero Halliburton website. Certain other Zero Halliburton products and Collections, including those listed below, are not covered under the 5 Year Limited Warranty, but are covered under a different warranty plan, as identified below.The 5 Year Limited Warranty is non-transferable and is only available to the original purchaser of any Zero Halliburton product to which it applies. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee of the product. Proof of purchase is required to validate the 5 Year Limited Warranty.<h3 id="scope-of-coverage">SCOPE OF COVERAGE</h3>The 5 Year Limited Warranty provides coverage against defects in workmanship and materials that arise during the period that starts from the date of purchase and for five years thereafter (the &quot;5 Year Limited Warranty Period&quot;) and not to exceed seven years after final date of production of the collection. Whether Zero Halliburton will repair or replace the product will be determined by Zero Halliburton, in its sole discretion. For specialized or limited edition, discontinued or out-of-stock products, Zero Halliburton guarantees that it will replace the item with a product at equal to or greater retail value, and does not guarantee an exact replacement of the same limited edition, discontinued or out-of-stock item.The 5 Year Limited Warranty Period is not extended if Zero Halliburton repairs or replaces the product. Zero Halliburton may change the scope and availability of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive in effect. Aluminum is strong and durable; however, it will show &#x201C;dings&#x201D; and scratches, possibly even after the first use. These &#x201C;dings&#x201D; and scratches are recognizable badges of travel and should not expose the internal contents of a bag to damage.<h3 id="product-care">PRODUCT CARE</h3>Zero Halliburton aluminum and polycarbonate cases will pick up scratches, abrasions, and nicks over time. While scratches may cause the underlying aluminum surface to appear worn, Zero Halliburton cases will still provide protection for your contents, no matter the bump or bruise.Zero Halliburton recommends removing dirt or residue from an aluminum case by wiping the case with a soft, damp cloth. Cleaning solutions must NOT contain abrasives, as these cleaners may damage the case surface or leave scratch marks. Aluminum cases may be shined by applying a coat of mild polish wax that does NOT contain silica.For polycarbonate luggage pieces, Zero Halliburton recommends coating a soft cloth or sponge in lukewarm water and mild soap and cleaning the shell in a vertical motion. Do NOT use any cleaners or agents such as ammonia, acetone, benzene or chloroform. Cleaners that include phenol or any of these ingredients can damage the polycarbonate case.<h3 id="limitation-of-liability">LIMITATION OF LIABILITY</h3>THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. To begin the process for US repairs, please complete the ZH Service Form <a href="https://zerohalliburton.com/pages/parts-and-service" style="color:#FF0000;">here</a>.Customer Service will provide directions on where and how to send your case to the ZH Service Partner for evaluation. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number, which assists us and you in tracking the status of the repair. No item can be sent without an authorized RA number.All repairs must be carefully packaged in a box to avoid additional damage being incurred during the shipping process. Zero Halliburton cannot accept unboxed merchandise and is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit.Please include, your contact information: name, address, phone number and email address inside of the case. The RA Number must also be written on the exterior of the shipping box.We recommend that you ship your case via a shipment method that includes a tracking number to monitor the delivery status and ensure proper documentation of receipt.

These compounds can scratch the polycarbonate surface.<h3 id="leather">Leather</h3>To remove dirt and surface residue, gently wipe the case clean using a soft, damp cloth. For extra shine and care, use saddle soap or a high-quality leather treatment product as directed. Do not use waxes, or silicone-based formulas that may impair the ability of the leather to &quot;breathe.&quot; For stubborn, persistent stains, consult with a professional leather cleaner for help.<h3 id="nylon">Nylon</h3>To remove dirt and surface residue, begin by brushing debris from the nylon with a soft, nylon-bristled brush. Follow this first step by wiping the case clean using a soft, damp cloth. Do not saturate the case. Allow the nylon case to dry completely away from direct sunlight.<h3 id="foam-inserts-camera-and-technical-cases">Foam Inserts (Camera and Technical Cases)</h3>ZERO Halliburton uses the highest quality foam available. However, as in any product, the very properties of foam material make it subject to degradation over time. If you notice any appearance of fine powder, loss of resiliency, noticeable color change or a consistency change such as a rubbery soft feel, it is time to obtain a replacement set of foam.As a maintenance procedure, we recommend that you replace the foam interior of your case every five years. It is important to note that it is your responsibility as case owner to regularly check for foam degradation and to replace the foam as necessary. ZERO Halliburton is not responsible for any damage sustained to the contents of the case due to foam degradation.
